What does Legal services consumer panel mean?

This Panel provides independent advice to the Legal Services Board about the interests of users of legal services.

The Panel was created under the Legal Services Act 2007 and is an independent arm of the Legal Services Board. It investigates consumer interests and seeks to influence approved regulators in their regulatory procedures.
