991. Powers of Board of Trustees of the National Trust.

As from a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect1.
As from the new constitution date2 all powers and duties conferred on the Council of the National Trust3 by any provision of the National Trust Acts 1907 to 19714 for the time being in force become powers and duties of the Board of Trustees5.
