1379. Acquisition of leasehold interests.

Where the right to collective enfranchisement1 is exercised in relation to any premises to which these provisions2 apply ('the relevant premises'), then:

(1) there must be acquired3 on behalf of the qualifying tenants4 by whom the right is exercised every interest5 of the tenant under any lease6
