An undertaking1 or an enforcement order2 may include an enhanced consumer measure3. However, an enforcement order made on the application of a designated enforcer4 which is not a public body, or an undertaking given to such an enforcer5, may require a person to take enhanced consumer measures only if certain conditions are satisfied6.
