312D. Regulatory authority's power to require payment of fees
Broadcasting (Volume 4A (2020)) | Commentary
The authority1 may require a provider of a video-sharing platform service2 to pay it a fee3.
The authority must be satisfied that the amount of any fee so required:

(1) represents the appropriate contribution of the provider towards meeting the likely costs described in head (a)
