106. Effect of debt relief orders.

The restrictions imposed under debt relief orders are the same as those that apply to an undischarged bankrupt, namely:


    (1)     the person must disclose his status to a credit provider if he wishes to obtain credit of more than £5001;


    (2)     the person must not engage directly or indirectly in any business under a different name from that in which the order was made without disclosing to all persons with whom he enters into any business transaction the name in which the order was made2;
