481. Offences of misbehaviour in court etc.
The Court Martial1, the Summary Appeal Court2 and the Service Civilian Court3 all have jurisdiction to deal with any person ('the offender') who at a time when he is in the United Kingdom4, or outside the United Kingdom but is a person subject to service law5 or a civilian subject to service discipline6: (1) refuses to take an oath or make an affirmation when duly required by the court
