268 Consumer Rights Act 2015

In the United Kingdom, Part 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to any contractual term between a trader and consumer which is unfair1. The 2015 Act also contains legislation on the sale of goods from businesses to consumers with regard to implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for purposes and the like and new provisions implied into contracts for the supply of digital downloads.
