30 Notice when all trustees are changed

On an entire change of trustees of property a fresh notice of any assignment of an interest in the property should be given. An incumbrancer who has given notice to all the former trustees does not lose his priority by not giving fresh notice to the new trustees1; but the new trustees will not be personally liable if without knowledge of the assignment they pay over the assigned fund to a second assignee2.
