32 Notice in case of derivative settlement

Where there are two settlements, one original and the other derivative or subsidiary, the notice of the assignment should be given not to the trustees of the original settlement, but to those of the derivative or subsidiary settlement, whose duty it will be, in the absence of notice, to distribute the fund amongst the beneficiaries1.
