49.3 Use of warranties

It is possible to add a warranty to indicate that one or more parties warrant that the person signing is authorised to do so on behalf of that party, for example:

‘The Company warrants that its duly authorised representative [name] has the necessary authority to enter into this agreement on the Company’s behalf.’
