A Practice Direction on the panel composition in employment tribunals (ET) and the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has been published. The final version of the Practice Direction differs slightly from the draft published in July 2024. 'This includes consideration of whether a party’s application for reconsideration discloses a reasonable prospect of a judgment being varied or revoked’ has been added to paragraph 6. The new Practice Direction takes effect from 29 October 2024.
