This week’s edition of the Family weekly highlights includes analysis of the recent Supreme Court decision that children’s views may inform the grave risk assessment under art 13(b) of the 1980 Hague Convention. Recent judgments on costs in financial remedy proceedings where there are allegations of fraudulent non-disclosure, a child’s application for prohibited steps and specific issue orders to prevent the parents removing him from England to live in Pakistan and an appeal against a final child arrangements order are also considered.
