This week's edition of Corporate weekly highlights includes: a new Market Standards Trend Report on trends in sustainability disclosures in corporate reporting in 2024, the FRC’s decision to launch five consultations on audit and reporting standards, publication of new regulations introducing requirements for large companies to annually report on supplier payment practices and performance within their directors’ reports, publication by the Takeover Panel of its 2024-2025 annual report, a series of reforms to the NSI Act 2021, publication by the FCA of PMB 56 and publication of draft provisions for inclusion in the Finance Bill 2026. In addition, it also includes two cases involving: (i) anti-suit injunctions to restrain foreign proceedings breaching a shareholders agreement’s implied terms, and (ii) unfairly prejudicial conduct due to failure to implement a shareholder exit mechanism.
