The World Trade Organization (WTO) has announced that it has upgraded its e-GPA Gateway, online platform for trade and government procurement, which will provide more user-friendly access to information relevant for involved parties in the Agreement on Government Procurement 2012 (GPA 2012). It will provide more enhanced access to information on the commitments and procurement systems of WTO members who are parties to the GPA 2012. New and improved tools include a tool to browse each party’s market access commitments; analysis and reporting tools on the thresholds set by GPA parties for granting public contracts; an Advanced Search Tool to allow users to search for information on particular GPA parties and procuring entities, goods and services; a tool to search for coverage modifications and to enable users to see changes in GPA party coverage commitments and compare different versions of coverage; and improved access to information on current procurement opportunities, relevant national legislation...
