The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO) has made submissions to the Work and Pensions Committee as part of the Norton pension schemes and the Fraud Compensation Fund inquiry. This follows from a TPO Determination in June 2020 which found that Mr Garner had committed multiple dishonest breaches of trust and maladministration and was directed to pay approximately £10.6m with interest to the pension schemes.
