Compulsory pilotage

15  Compulsory pilotage

(1)     A ship which is being navigated in an area and in circumstances in which pilotage is compulsory for it by virtue of a pilotage direction shall be—

(a)     under the pilotage of an authorised pilot accompanied by such an assistant, if any, as is required by virtue of the direction;
