Section 106 TCPA definition

What does Section 106 TCPA mean?

The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (TCPA 1990), s 106 provides the statutory authority for Local Planning authorities and persons interested in land to enter into planning obligations to make acceptable developments which might otherwise be unacceptable in planning terms.
