What does Form G mean?

notice to the court that the First Directions appointment in financial proceedings can be dispensed with.

Prior to the First Directions Appointment in financial proceedings each party must file with the court a form indicating whether or not the case is ready to proceed directly to the Financial Dispute Resolution Appointment/Settlement Hearing and so bypassing the First Directions Appointment. The original form is filed with the court and a copy served on the solicitors for the other party.
