712. Review of safety case.

A duty holder1 must thoroughly review a current safety case2 when directed to do so by the Health and Safety Executive3 or as the case may be, no more than five years after the date on which the safety case was first accepted by the Executive and the Secretary of State4. A duty holder must send a summary of each such review to the authorities5.
