341. Fees for intervention.

The Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 20221 make provision as to fees for intervention by an inspector appointed by the Health and Safety Executive2.
Subject to certain conditions3, if:
-
(1) a person is contravening or has contravened one or more of the relevant statutory provisions4 for which the Executive is the enforcing authority5; and
-
(2) an inspector is of the opinion that that person is doing so or has
