50. Cancellation of authorisation.
Financial Instruments and Transactions (Volume 49 (2021)) | Commentary
The Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA')1 may cancel a person's authorisation2 and remove the person from the register3 where:

(1) the person does not issue electronic money4 within 12 months
