352. Restrictions on reporting preparatory hearings.

Except as provided for1:
-
(1) no written report of a preparatory hearing2, an application for leave to appeal in relation to such a hearing3, or an appeal in relation to such a hearing4, may be published in the United Kingdom5; and
-
(2) no report of such proceedings6 may be included in a relevant programme7 for reception in the United Kingdom8.
