812. Specifications for blank-firing imitation firearms.

Blank-firing imitation firearms1 (other than imitation revolvers2 and imitation firearms where the blank cartridges are loaded vertically at 90º to the dummy barrel and which fire, and vent the gases produced on discharge, in the same direction) must conform to the following specifications:
