A prohibition notice1 in respect of any goods2 must:

(1) state that the Secretary of State3 considers that the goods are unsafe4;

(2) set out the reasons why the Secretary of State considers that the goods are unsafe5;
-
(3) specify the day on which the notice is to come into force6; and
-
(4) state that the trader7 may at any time make representations
