308. Information to be provided before making off-premises contracts.
Consumer Protection (Volume 21 (2022)) | Commentary(iii) Off-premises Consumer Contracts
Before the consumer1 is bound by an off-premises contract2, the trader3 must provide him with the information listed below in a clear and comprehensible manner and, if a right to cancel exists, the trader must give the consumer a cancellation form4.
The information referred to above is as follows:

(1) the main characteristics of the goods, services or digital content5, to the extent appropriate to the medium of communication and to the goods, services or digital content6;

(2) the identity of the trader (such as the trader's trading name)7;

(3) the geographical address
