72. Restrictions where public interest considerations not finalised.
Competition (Volume 18 (2022)) | Commentary
The CMA1 must terminate its investigation2 if:

(1) the intervention notice concerned mentions a public interest consideration which was not finalised on the giving of that notice or public interest
