1328. Sale of controlled goods.

Provision is made for the sale of controlled goods1, except where:
-
(1) the controlled goods are securities2; or
-
(2) the sale is by exchange of one currency for another3.
Accordingly, the sale must not be before the end of the prescribed minimum period4
