657. Appointment and suspension of inspectors of independent schools, boarding schools and colleges.

The appropriate national authority1 may appoint a person to be an inspector2 if3:

(1) that person already acts as an inspector for other purposes in relation to schools or colleges4 which provide accommodation for any child5;
