609. Disqualification of early years and later years providers from registration.

Regulations may provide for a person to be disqualified from registration1 as an early years or later years provider2. The regulations may, in particular, provide for a person to be disqualified from registration if:

(1) the person is included in the list of persons unsuitable to work with
