241. Exception in contract providing excuse for failure or delay in loading.

Where the operation of loading, so far as it falls to be performed by the shipowner, is prevented or delayed by a cause excepted in the contract¹, the shipowner is excused for the failure or delay², provided that he has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the due performance of the loading
