619. Carrier's rights of disposal in transit and after arrival of the goods at the place designated for delivery.

If for any reason it is or becomes impossible to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms laid down in the consignment note before the goods reach the place designated for delivery1, the carrier must ask the person who is entitled to dispose of the goods2
