357. Reports on action taken voluntarily in response to findings on complaints.

Where Ofcom1 has given a direction2 in relation to a fairness complaint3, the following reporting requirements apply4:


    (1)     where the relevant programme5 was included in a licensed service6, the licence holder must send to Ofcom a report of any supplementary action7 taken by him or by any other person responsible for the making or provision of the relevant programme8;


    (2)     where the relevant programme was broadcast9 by a broadcasting body (that is, by the BBC or the Welsh Authority
