21. Disclosure of information under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006.

Information1 with respect to a particular business which has been obtained in exercise of a power conferred by the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 is not, so long as that business continues to be carried on, to be disclosed without the consent of the person for the time being carrying on that business2. This has effect subject to the following provisions3.

The prohibition on disclosure does not apply to any disclosure of information which is made4:

  1.  

    (1)     for the purpose of facilitating the carrying out by Ofcom5 of any of its functions6;

  2.  

    (2)     for the purpose of facilitating the carrying out
