C. Licence to provide Additional Services
Any licence1 granted by Ofcom2 under Part I of the Broadcasting Act 19903 (which includes an additional services licence4) must be made in writing, and continue in force for such period as is provided, in relation to a licence of the kind in question, by the relevant statutory provisions5.
