The bankruptcy application1 must be completed in accordance with the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 20162 in electronic form and delivered to the adjudicator3 by electronic means unless otherwise agreed with the adjudicator4.
A bankruptcy application is made when its receipt has been acknowledged by the adjudicator by electronic or other means5.
In the event of any malfunction or error in the operation of the electronic form or means of delivery, the adjudicator must agree that debtors may, for a specified period, complete and deliver bankruptcy applications in another format, and provide an alternative means of delivery for the bankruptcy application
