298.     Obtaining order for examination.

The application1 must state the grounds on which it is made2. There must be stated in the application which one or more of the following orders is sought:


    (1)     for the respondent to appear before the court; or


    (2)     for the respondent to clarify any matter which is in dispute in the proceedings or to give additional information in relation to any such matter and, if so, the normal rules relating to further information3 apply to any such order; or


    (3)     for the respondent to submit witness
