288. Police service agreements.
There must be a police services agreement in force in relation to a relevant aerodrome1 at any time when an aerodrome security plan containing policing measures2 is in force in relation to the aerodrome3.
For these purposes, 'police services agreement' means an agreement between the relevant persons4 which specifies5:

(1) the level of policing to be provided for the aerodrome6 during the period for which the agreement is in
