285. Aerodrome security groups.
A manager of a specified aerodrome1 must establish a group ('a risk advisory group') for the aerodrome2 before the end of the period of one month beginning with the date on which the aerodrome becomes a specified aerodrome3, and the group must prepare a risk report4
