The Tribunal may1 regulate its own procedure and give a direction in relation to the conduct or disposal of proceedings at any time, including a direction amending, suspending or setting aside an earlier direction2.
The Tribunal may admit evidence whether or not the evidence would be admissible in a civil trial in England and Wales or whether or not the evidence was available to a previous decision maker3. The Tribunal may also exclude evidence that would otherwise be admissible where the evidence was not provided within the time allowed by a direction or a practice direction, the evidence was otherwise
