174 The Technology and Construction Court

The judges of the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) are High Court judges, circuit judges, deputy circuit judges and recorders who have been nominated by the Lord Chancellor to deal with TCC business1. TCC claims are defined2 so as to include most legal actions which involve technically complex issues or questions or for which a trial by a judge of the TCC is for any other reason desirable3. TCC claims must be issued in the High Court or a specified county court4. If no TCC judge is available to deal with a claim listed
