3: EARLY TERMINATION BY ANNULMENT OF BANKRUPTCY ORDER OR APPLICATION BY BANKRUPT FOR IVA

An annulment order restores the bankrupt to their pre-bankruptcy status and they remain fully liable for all bankruptcy debts. It is to be contrasted with discharge, which releases the bankrupt from almost all the bankruptcy debts1.
