277. Restrictions on reporting pre-trial hearings and rulings.

Except as provided for under statute1, no report of matters falling within heads (1) to (4) below may be published in England and Wales2, namely:

(1) a pre-trial ruling3;

(2) proceedings on an application for such a ruling4;

(3) an order5 that such a ruling be discharged, varied or further
