In the case of registered land personal representatives can be registered as proprietors of the land1 and a buyer will get good title if he deals with the registered proprietors and complies with any restriction on the register. Where the personal representatives are not registered as proprietors they must produce their grant of representation to the buyer as proof of their authority to deal with the land. Provided that the buyer takes a transfer from all the proving personal representatives and submits an office copy or certified copy of the grant
