149. Requirements as to form and content of regulated agreements.
Consumer Credit (Volume 21 (2022)) | Commentary
The Treasury1 must make regulations2 as to the form and content of documents embodying regulated agreements, and the regulations must contain such provisions as appear to it appropriate with a view to ensuring that the debtor or hirer is made aware of:
