74. Foreign goods vehicles.

An examiner1 may prohibit for the purpose of the international carriage2 of perishable foodstuffs3 the driving on a road4 of a foreign goods vehicle5 if:

  1.  

    (1)     the vehicle is required to comply with regulations made in connection with the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs6 and there is not produced to him in respect of the vehicle a certificate of compliance7, and no valid certification plate8 is affixed to it in accordance with such regulations9;

  2.  

    (2)     the vehicle or any container10 carried by it is not marked with any designated mark required by regulations made under the Act11;
