For each relevant period1, Ofcom must carry out a review of the extent to which the Channel 4 Television Corporation ('C4C')2 has discharged its media content duties3 and prepare a report on the matters found on the review4. Ofcom must publish each such report as soon as practicable after its preparation is complete and in such manner as it considers appropriate5.
