Where the Insolvency Act 1986 or the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 require a notice to be delivered to a person1, the notice must contain the following standard contents, in addition to any content specifically required by the Insolvency Act 1986 or another provision of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 20162.
All notices must have the following standard contents, namely the notice must:
(1) state the nature of the notice;(2) identify the proceedings;(3) in the case of proceedings relating to an individual, identify the bankrupt or debtor;
