On an application by the official receiver for a public examination1, the court must direct that a public examination of the bankrupt be held on a day appointed by the court; and the bankrupt must attend on that day and be publicly examined as to his affairs2, dealings and property3.
The court order for the public examination of a bankrupt made on an application by the official receiver must have the title 'Order for public examination' and contain:
(1) identification details for the proceedings;
(2) the name and the title of the judge
