Where an interim bankruptcy restrictions order1, a bankruptcy restrictions order2an interim debt relief restrictions order3 or a debt relief restrictions order4 is made against a bankrupt or a debtor, the Secretary of State5 must enter onto the bankruptcy restrictions register6 or the debt relief restrictions register7 as appropriate:
(1) the bankrupt's or debtor's identification details;
(2) the bankrupt's or debtor's gender;
(3) the bankrupt's or debtor's occupation (if any);
(4) a statement that an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, a bankruptcy restrictions order, an interim debt relief restrictions order or a debt relief restrictions order has been made against the
